Barbara J. Hudson is a gifted attorney whose skills and dedication have earned her a well-deserved reputation as an outstanding member of the community.
As a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, she has provided leadership to the Kappa Missouri City Chapter while also dedicating her time to the Congressional Black Women organization and serving as a board member for Positive Black Male Association of Houston. Her commitment to education is demonstrated through her work as an alumni board member for the Thurgood Marshall Law School and founding member in the Grambling Alumni Doug Williams Houston Chapter.
Ms. Hudson's unwavering work ethic has been recognized both locally and nationally, receiving honors such as being featured in the Top 50 Black Attorneys of 2021 list, selected to join HBCU Hall of Fame in 2022, U.S. Congressional recognition as Positive Black Male Association of Houston Woman of the Year in 2017, Houston I.S.D. Outstanding Supporter recognition, and City of Houston recognition as Woman of the Year also in 2017. Ms. Hudson also exemplifies service to her community by being the recipient of the Grambling Alumni Association Doug Williams Chapter Honorary Community Service Award.
With such a remarkable track record it is easy to see why Barbara J. Hudson undoubtedly stands out amongst her peers in the community.
